Making sure we are doing well is a big responsibility. And if we are doing well, our environment will also benefit from it. In 'letting yourself go well' it is also implied to carry yourself when things are not going so well. That is self-care. And apparently that is not so easy, because there is so much suffering and war on a large and small scale. People who do everything not to be where or who they are now. In addition to the pointlessness of this, this also causes a lot of pain, stress and illness. The pharmaceutical industry benefits from it. The trick is to focus on yourself and become friends with what you see. Getting a good handle on this will involve a lot of trial and error and if all goes well, the development of this will never stop. We have a whole life for it.
