Systemic Coaching
During 1 on 1 conversations I offer support in dealing with life questions, or perhaps with a heavy emotional burden. I offer a safe place where all feelings have value and are (re)cognized. By paying attention to this, there is room for healing. Namely, sharing emotions in a safe connection provides relief and insight, and the feeling of not being alone. Often that is enough to look ahead with courage and to be able to continue.
Together we will search for the deeper layer, where all the answers are, and for that which wants to be seen. We will investigate fixed ideas that hinder your life and do beautiful exercises. For example, I work with floor anchors and do table constellations. We will investigate what is needed for you to experience more peace and resilience in the sometimes oh so unpredictable life.
We work in trajectories and of 5, 8 or 12 sessions. After we have determined what you want to work on, I will make a customized plan. It is possible that I will give you assignments to do at home. Naturally,
all of this is done in consultation.

Constellations
​​​​​
A constellation, better known as a family constellation in the case of family, provides visibility to sometimes old, unresolved issues or (destructive) patterns in group dynamics. This can therefore concern family, colleagues, friends, associations, etc. In such a constellation, there is one participant with a life question at a time. In a group of up to 8 participants, the situation about which this life question is about is reconstructed by using representatives, chosen by the person asking the question. This reconstruction will be viewed and examined, and perhaps a movement can be made.
​​​​​What does it bring?
By seeing and experiencing a constellation, you can begin to understand how members of a group, for example in your family, also across generations, influence each other, and how unconscious dynamics can cause problems in the present. A movement in the constellation can provide a new energy that can also become noticeable in the entire system. It can provide many valuable and new insights into emotional blockages, traumas or conflicts. These will soften and perhaps dissolve through this new perception, creating more space for inner peace and harmony.
