De Praatclub: At De Praatclub you have a monthly conversation about a specific, personal topic. These sessions are expertly and lovingly guided by Isabel, a trained coach. All this in a good, familiar atmosphere.

Highly recommended.

Training Practicing Self-Love: For me, the training was very useful. I have gained more insight into myself, and into how thoughts work. It's not that I suddenly think I'm great, but I do have more compassion for myself and feel a little better about myself. For me, that's already a big gain!

Coaching: With my experience at De Praatclub, I also dared to put my fate in her coaching hands. I really like the way Isabel approaches things. She asks clear questions, makes sure you don't stray too much and is sometimes confrontational. After my (unexpected for me) divorce, I was very afraid to face the world on my own, but thanks in part to Isabel, I now believe that I am strong enough to do so.

I also did a coaching trajectory with her in Spain. And here, on the peñon (photo), was my last coaching moment. But together with Isabel I was also able to explore the town itself and the surroundings. We walked a lot, on the beach and the Paseo Ecológico. We cycled and ate. We cuddled the dogs and went into the sea. And we both went our own way. I had a great week in every respect and learned a lot about myself.

Thanks, Isabel. ❤

The Praatclub: I offer you this gigantic bouquet because The Praatclub has been around for 5 years today. I have been there for barely half a year, but in the few times that I have been there I have experienced the beauty of this initiative of yours. At your table we can tell our story and listen to each other. Share our experiences and feelings in safety, without being judged. Given the turnout every time, this table is a table where people like to sit down. A table that should also multiply itself because society would then be just that little bit more beautiful, kinder, more understanding and more fun.

Training Practicing Self-Love: If you sign up for this training, that is already a form of Self-Love. Because it is a beautiful, varied training in which I got to know myself a little better and differently. That was because the participants quickly formed a group, because there was a sense of safety and therefore there could be trust, in each other and in Isabel. Isabel is a great coach who gives the training and deals with the participants in a loving, respectful and honest way. She gives the space to share experiences and feelings and to tell their story. But she also guarded the boundaries so that the participants do not get lost in their story. She asks questions where it is important and necessary. In 4 Sundays I have seen the participants grow and change. Where at first it was still reluctantly and uncertainly told and shared with each other, after the last training day it was transparent and a lot more self-confident. The appearance changed from closed and reserved to soft and tidy.

The Praatclub: It is a safe place where you can be who you are and share your stories and soul stirrings in all openness and confidence. The talking club where you can also say something without saying anything by listening to someone else's story... You provide a nice and safe place at the table with this initiative Isabel. A place of connection. It is a nice place to talk to very different people about a changing theme.

The Praatclub: Each session a theme is discussed in a pleasant environment. There is talking, listening and asking questions. And that always happens in a respectful way. Isabel leads and guides the sessions in a serving way.
the conversation is important and not an opinion.

The Praatclub: A safe place to talk about topics that are quite sensitive to you. By doing this with people who are also affected by it at the moment, you help each other through a difficult phase. Or you help others get through a phase that you have already been through by sharing your experience or you receive information that is completely new to you.
This form of connection is super important in society, great that it is possible with you!
Training Practicing Self-Love: Despite the fact that intimate topics were discussed, I experienced it as very safe and pleasant and I miss our coming together on Sundays. I learned a lot from it and look forward to taking another course with Isabel. Thank you!!

The Praatclub: I am glad I discovered The Praatclub. A really nice addition to my healing process. Thank you Isabel. It is very nice and healing to be able to talk in a safe and open setting about themes that are important to you, a great initiative by Isabel and I hope to meet everyone soon at this talking club, I can really recommend it. Love, trust and enlightenment.
Training Practicing Self-Love: Life goes as it goes, sometimes you end up in a phase of life in which you are thrown back on yourself and have to get the most out of yourself. That is not always easy and some guidance and support in this is very welcome. This training Practicing Self-Love comes at just the right time in which you get to know various tools that can help you to heal and come to terms with yourself and your life. In a safe group setting everything can be shared and felt, pain and sorrow can be seen and softened. I have benefited a lot from it and look forward to a sequel.

The Praatclub: It's always a pleasant surprise when people tell each other about their personal experiences and adventures. I think that whatever each of us is struggling with or has questions about, we can better place those experiences and adventures after mutual exchange. Under expert discussion leader Isabel. Maybe for other people too?

Training Practicing Self-Love: One person has an issue with this, another runs into that. So actually, the training Practicing Self-Love is recommended for everyone. During the training Practicing Self-Love, you spend all Sundays of a month on yourself to investigate, heal and cherish personal matters. Something beautiful happens as a result, you become stronger. Exploring self-love is a great way to get to know yourself even better. With Isabel, you get all the space for that, without being asked too much. You share what you want. A bond grew in our group, but people also took steps on a personal level. And those steps were often shared, which made the group closer. Something for everyone: meditation, silent walk, love letter to yourself, family constellation or yoga. Long enough to have an impact, short enough to endure if you don't like it for yourself. The home assignment gives the content of the meeting a greater impact.
Isabel has a varied program, respect for everyone and guarantees safety in the group.
It helps you to look at yourself and your issues more gently and who wouldn't want that?
Family constellations: The family constellations can be intense. Often things have happened in the family that you don't know about, but that you are affected by. It can make you wiser about things that you don't understand, but it is also something magical. In a family constellation, a person brings in a question. Together you answer that question through representatives. As a representative you are asked to be someone's father, mother, grandmother, whatever. The magical thing is that at that moment you also feel like that person. You really feel different from yourself. Guidance in a family constellation is essential, but Isabel did that in a pleasant way during the training Practicing Self-Love. So if you have a question about yourself that you suspect has to do with your family, definitely try to find out in a family constellation with Isabel.
